Early Childhood Class Programs: Backyard Buddies

For preschool and kindergarten students. Learn all about the critters in your own backyard, like insects, toads and slimy slugs! Discover how we can make our outdoor spaces good habitats for local animals. Programs are led by Zoo preschool teachers and designed to explore the animal world through songs, art, role-plays and hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences. Programs are 45 minutes long, available Monday through Friday, Labor Day through Memorial Day.
