These terms of use apply to everyone who visits or uses Play Time. By using the site, submitting an event, creating an account, or purchasing a listing upgrade or advertisement, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

Play Time is a directory of kids and family events, activities, and programs. We list events in the cities we serve. Information is supplied by organizers and advertisers. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we cannot verify every detail of every event.

You should always confirm dates, times, locations, prices, and registration details directly with the organizer before attending an event.

Listings

Organizers may submit listings for free. A free listing may include an organizer logo, event details, dates, location, and a link to register or learn more. Optional paid upgrades offer additional features such as extra images, video embeds, and featured placement.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, illegal, or that violates these terms. We may also reject listings that are not a good fit for families or for the city hub in which they are submitted.

Advertiser disclaimer

Play Time does not guarantee any results from listing or advertising on this site. Listing your program or purchasing an upgrade, featured placement, or advertisement on Play Time is in no way, shape, or form an endorsement of your organization, event, product, or service by Play Time.

We are a platform for discovery. Any traffic, leads, sign-ups, registrations, sales, or other outcomes that may result from your listing or ad are not guaranteed.

Payments and refunds

Paid upgrades and advertisements are handled through our checkout provider. Prices are shown before purchase. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. If you choose to remove or take down a paid listing or ad before it has run its full course, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.

Content you submit

By submitting a listing, image, logo, video, or any other content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights. You grant Play Time a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site and in related promotional materials (such as email roundups or social posts) while the listing is active.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or harmful to children. We may remove such content and suspend or close accounts that repeatedly violate this rule.

Limitation of liability

Play Time is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Time is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, attendance at any listed event, or any business relationship with an advertiser or organizer.

If you have a dispute with an organizer or advertiser, that dispute is between you and them. Play Time is not a party to those transactions or agreements.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the most recent update date.
